All reservations are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. A reservation is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us. Please review your confirmation and notify us of any errors right away.
Quoted rates are based on the information provided at booking. Additional charges may apply for extra stops, wait time beyond the included grace period, route changes requested during service, tolls, parking and gratuity, as itemized on your confirmation.
Cancellation and change terms vary by vehicle and service type and are stated in your confirmation. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full.
Smoking and illegal substances are prohibited in all vehicles. Passengers under 21 may not consume alcohol, and a strict zero-alcohol policy applies to prom and student events. Passengers are responsible for any damage to vehicles or excessive cleaning required.
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, mechanical issues or other circumstances beyond our control, though we will always do everything possible to get you to your destination on time.
We are not responsible for items left in vehicles, but we will make every reasonable effort to return found property. Please contact us as soon as possible.
